B6120 B4120 - SUBSANITARY® CLASS SAFETY VALVES

To ensure both the highest hygiene standards and economic efficiency, Jungmann Armaturen has developed an innovative variant of safety valves - the B4120/B6120 series This novel subhygienic version represents a significant advancement.

The B6120 series valves are distinguished by their touch-safe features, as all components that come into contact with the medium are made of high-quality 316L stainless steel. Additionally, non-metallic seals with FDA certification are integrated to ensure the highest level of safety and compliance.

Another outstanding feature of this version is the implementation of a sophisticated zero-dead-end structure in the parts that come into contact with the medium. This innovative structure ensures that the medium is always in an optimally clean environment, especially during the normal operation of user devices.

Jungmann Armaturen is setting new standards in hygiene and performance with this innovation. The subhygienic safety valve variant of the B4120/B6120 series offers a groundbreaking solution for demanding applications where both the highest purity requirements and economic efficiency are of equal importance.

B4122 - COMPACT HIGH-QUALITY STAINLESS STEEL SAFETY VALVE

As a compact safety valve, this product range requires less installation space in customer systems without compromising on performance. This valve series is made from stainless steel 304 and is offered with a variety of optional configurations, making it versatile for a wide range of operating conditions.

Furthermore, this product range has been designed to be as simple and compact as possible, ensuring the highest product quality while maximizing cost-effectiveness.  

OPTIONAL TEMPERATURE INDICATOR

Für Nutzer, bei denen die Ventile mit Dampf- oder Hochtemperaturmedien verwendet werden, kann es beim Anlüften durch den erhitzten Anlüfthebel leicht zu Verbrennungen kommen.  Die Sicherheitsventile der Jungmann B4122, B4120 und B6120-Serie verfügen optional über ein patentiertes temperaturempfindliches Beschichtungsdesign. Wenn Hochtemperaturmedien durch das Ventil laufen und die Temperatur auf den Anlüfthebel übertragen wird, zeigt die temperaturempfindliche Beschichtung eine auffällige Warnfarbe an. Diese macht den Bediener darauf aufmerksam, vor Betätigen des Hebels entsprechende Schutzmaßnahmen zu ergreifen um Verletzungen zu vermeiden.

OPTIONAL BELLOWS STRUCTURE

When operating the device with flammable, explosive, toxic, and corrosive non-neutral media, the sealing performance of the safety valve becomes particularly crucial. This series of safety valves can be equipped with a bellows seal version according to the properties of the medium used by the customer. Utilizing a high-quality stainless steel bellows, the valve stem is enclosed within the bellows through a special assembly and connection process. This effectively prevents the intrusion of non-neutral media through the valve stem gap into the spring chamber. Simultaneously, the bellows version of the safety valve also offers higher resistance to backpressure, ensuring better normal valve opening, closing, and sealing.

ROTATING VERSION

By manually rotating the hood, the coil can be opened to manually relieve the valve when necessary.

LEVER VERSION

By lifting the lever, the user has the option to manually operate the valve, thereby relieving pressure as needed.
