The lower part of the valve was designed by our engineers at Jungmann Germany to be inclined so that the structure can drain itself.
This solves the problem that conventional safety valves in the sanitary industry cannot be effectively discharged after opening.
Media residues are removed and the internal working environment of the devices is more hygienic and reliable.
Unlike conventional safety valve seals, Jungmann Armaturen uses an innovative membrane seal design between the spring cavity and pressure cavity to isolate the medium and the stainless steel spring. This also prevents the growth of bacteria.
In designing the valve lift mechanism, Jungmann uses a pneumatic piston to open the valve. A displacement sensor can help customers monitor every opening and closing of the valve.
Airtight without lifting
The upper closed structure ensures that the valve is not accidentally opened and the medium discharged by external forces under any circumstances, this has at the same time a protective effect on the stability of the operating pressure of the device.
With pneumatic lifting
These valves are equipped with a piston-type pneumatic lifting mechanism. Here, an upward movement of the pneumatic piston is generated by an external compressed air inlet, which lifts the valve core. This allows the opening and closing of the safety valve to be controlled externally.
The large neck design allows a large flow rate even when used in difficult conditions, yet ensures safety and stability each time it is opened and closed.
In addition to valve bodies made of stainless steel, titanium-coated valve materials can also be provided, depending on customer requirements, in order to achieve an antibacterial surface effect.
Our customers can choose between ISO, ASME and DIN for the interface of the S6101 series safety valve. The standard clamp connection meets the needs of users in different regions.
